3. If you use the BBQ please clean the grill after you use it, normally the next day since it needs to cool off.
4. There is a garbage can for non-food stuff... please take your food waste with you so we do not attract raccoons.
5. Please wipe up the table when you leave and put lid (over the fire area) back on. Limit to a couple hours of fire time.
6. There is a broom behind the sofa if you need to sweep up any garbage.
7. Make sure the gate is locked when you leave.

Again there is a gas grill provided for your use. There is a spare tank of propane in the garage, should you need it. Tools and utensils are provided, please make sure to leave the barbecue as you found it: clean and ready for its next use! Please make sure the gas is turned off when finished!
How To:
Access the Internet
Network: Bryant Creek Escape Password: mellowpear876
Modem is located in the main floor bedroom, in the back corner under the nightstand. If the internet seems to be non-functioning, please unplug the modem, count to ten, and plug back in.
If you have any trouble connecting to the internet, please take a few moments to complete the following steps:
Please check to be sure the network name and password are entered correctly
Please check that the router is plugged in
Try resetting the router to see if the network name appears
Try powering off, then powering on, your laptop or device
If none of these steps remedy the issue, you can try calling the internet service provider directly for troubleshooting. While you can always call us for assistance, this is usually the fastest way to solve the issue and get you connected!
If the service provider cannot resolve the issue, please give us a call! Sadly, we cannot control weather disruptions or service provider issues (or, unfortunately, offer refunds in those events) we will certainly do our best to help whenever we can!
Watch Television
There is a Smart TV in the living room and main bedroom #1 for your enjoyment.
Every cable service is a little different, so please take a few moments to try the following steps if you are having trouble:
Power off and Power on the television and cable box.
Double-Check that you are using the correct remote
Check to see that the television is on the correct input or channel setting
If the cable still will not connect, please give us a call. While weather and service provider disruptions are beyond our control, we’ll do our best to find out what the issue might be and try to resolve it as quickly as we can!
Operate Heating & Air Conditioning
This home is equipped with central air conditioning and heating system controlled by a thermostat and is programmed for your maximum comfort. We recommend keeping windows closed and blinds drawn during the day to help keep the house cool.
We wish for you and your guests to be as comfortable as possible during your stay, so feel free to adjust the temperature accordingly. However, please return the systems to a neutral 68°F upon your departure. The control panel is upstairs, on the wall outside the main bedroom.
Kitchen
Please feel free to use the cooking tools and pantry items, and if you don’t want to carry yours home you can add them to the collection! Please make sure to clear out all your perishable items upon your departure.

Dishwasher
Please load the dishwasher and run a load if it gets full. Dishwasher detergent tabs are located under the sink.

The towels and linens provided are professionally laundered, so there is no need for you to do laundry on our behalf. There is a stackable washer & dryer in the upstairs hallway for your convenience, should you need it. Laundry detergent pods are located on the shelf beside the unit and are available for your use.

If you have an excess of trash upon your departure, please leave the bags in the garage and our housekeeping staff can dispose of it properly. Collection day is Tuesday, and our housekeeping staff is responsible for the pick up and return of the bins.
Ants
These little buggers are everywhere in Walla Walla! We work exclusively with Walla Walla Pest Control to spray a safe, non-toxic substance to reduce their presence. However, sometimes, they’re just extra tenacious and pop up as unwelcome guests. If you see there little guys please let us know if you would like us to attempt to schedule an emergency visit from the exterminator or if you’d prefer to have us wait until you check out. Either way, we appreciate your understanding.
