Ants

These little buggers are everywhere in Walla Walla! We work exclusively with Walla Walla Pest Control to spray a safe, non-toxic substance to reduce their presence. Either way, we appreciate your understanding.

How To:

Access the Internet

Network:My Spectrum Wifi 18-2G, 5G  Password:absurdcrown166

Modem is located in the kitchen, in the cupboard above the stove. If the internet seems to be non-functioning, please unplug the modem, count to ten, and plug back in.

If you have any trouble connecting to the internet, please take a few moments to complete the following steps:

  • Please check to be sure the network name and password are entered correctly

  • Please check that the router is plugged in

  • Try unplugging and replugging the router to see if the network name appears

  • Try powering off, then powering on, your laptop or device

  • If none of these steps remedy the issue, you can try calling the internet service provider directly for troubleshooting. While you can always call us for assistance, this is usually the fastest way to solve the issue and get you connected!

  • If the service provider cannot resolve the issue, please give us a call! Sadly, we cannot control weather disruptions or service provider issues (or, unfortunately, offer refunds in those events) we will certainly do our best to help whenever we can!

Due to the location of the modem in this unit you may be contacted by Property Management to reboot the router on our behalf. If you do not wish to be contacted for this reason, please notify Property Management and, should the modem need rebooting, we will arrange to have one of our team members come by to assist. Thank you!

Watch Television

We’re pleased to include cable service for your stay! Listings, channel guides, and remote controls are located in the bookcase. Every cable service is a little different, so please take a few moments to try the following steps if you are having trouble:

  • Power off and Power on the television and cable box.

  • Double-Check that you are using the correct remote

  • Check to see that the television is on the correct input or channel setting

  • If the cable still will not connect, please give us a call. While weather and service provider disruptions are beyond our control, we’ll do our best to find out what the issue might be and try to resolve it as quickly as we can!
